We need somebody who really enjoys supporting a busy team with all customer focused administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly!

We are looking for an experienced account manager who comes from a service based background. This is not a new business/business development type position. This role is working for my client who looking after a variety of technical products for 2 very large accounts. The role blends commercial acumen with operational discipline: tracking KPIs against contractual obligations, identifying and shaping new opportunities, and presenting clear proposals aligned to customer needs.

We are looking to onboard a strong customer service coordinator to join a busy and fast paced business in Langley. The role needs somebody who enjoys working closely with customers as well as closely with other internal departments and on the road employees! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office based customer service tasks. We need somebody with a good telephone manner and excellent written communication, somebody who can manage a busy role where you have to juggle a number of responsibilities.
