We are looking for an experienced account manager who comes from a service based background. This is not a new business/business development type position. This role is working for my client who looking after a variety of technical products for 2 very large accounts. The role blends commercial acumen with operational discipline: tracking KPIs against contractual obligations, identifying and shaping new opportunities, and presenting clear proposals aligned to customer needs.
