My client, based in Newbury, is currently looking to onboard an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and hard-working individual into their technical support team.
This role comes with full training; however, the ideal candidate will have a natural flair for problem-solving and logical thinking.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, paired with a strong telephone manner and excellent relationship-building skills.

Duties include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Liaising with network providers
- Assisting with sales team queries
- Completing product investigations
- Creating support tickets and following up
