My client, based in Newbury, is currently looking to onboard an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and hard-working individual into their technical support team.

This role comes with full training; however, the ideal candidate will have a natural flair for problem-solving and logical thinking.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, paired with a strong telephone manner and excellent relationship-building skills.

Duties include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaising with network providers
  • Assisting with sales team queries
  • Completing product investigations
  • Creating support tickets and following up

The start date is expected to commence in February; however, interviews will take place as soon as possible.
