My client, based in central Uxbridge, is looking to add a new member to their internal sales team. This role requires someone who is a natural relationship builder, with experience in building and maintaining long-standing client relationships.
The role will focus on managing and expanding the company's client pool. You will work closely with existing clients while also establishing relationships with new customers.
We would love to find someone with a bright and joyful personality who has a natural flair for customer service and sales.
Duties include:
- Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls to customers
- Processing orders
- Using live chat
- Upselling and cross-selling products
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Updating product lists
- Running reports
