We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Stockley Park who is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their friendly and supportive customer service team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing first-class customer support while keeping things organised behind the scenes. You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks.
We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handling inbound telephone calls and responding to customer emails.
- Amending customer orders as required.
- Managing stock rotation and inventory updates.
- Producing and running regular reports.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
- Providing excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience within an office, retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, friendly and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A team player who enjoys building strong working relationships.
