Our growing and successful client based in central Harrow is looking to recruit a Business Operations Coordinator. This is an extremely exciting and varied position supporting the day-to-day running of the office and wider business.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the business runs smoothly. You will be involved in company events, contract management, HR administration, IT and marketing support, and much more.
If you enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role will keep you fully engaged - anything it takes to keep the office running efficiently, you will be involved in!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly and health & safety procedures are followed
- Ensuring all staff have the correct equipment to work efficiently
- Supporting the onboarding of new starters
- Providing administrative support to IT, Finance, and HR departments
- Managing suppliers including IT support, cleaners, and other vendors
- Running reports and attending meetings
- Organising company events and arranging catering
- Ordering office supplies
- Supporting with company banking tasks
- Organising awards, birthday, and anniversary gifts for staff
