We are looking to onboard a strong Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and fast paced business in Langley. The role needs somebody who enjoys working closely with customers as well as with internal departments and on-the-road employees.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office-based customer service tasks. We need somebody with a good telephone manner and excellent written communication skills, who can manage a busy role where multiple responsibilities must be balanced.
Key Duties
- Answering calls and emails into the department
- Managing customer requests
- Liaising with internal teams to organise client visits
- Processing service orders
- Managing reports
- Processing orders
- Managing stock levels
