We are looking for a customer-focused candidate to join my client's busy team. This role is a mix of administration, customer service, accounts, and credit control, making it a highly varied position.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and strong IT ability, as you will be using multiple systems, including Excel, in this role.
Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 8-12 months of office-based experience.
Duties Include:
- Reporting
- Answering calls and emails
- Updating client details on the system
- Dealing with queries and enquiries
- Chasing outstanding invoices
